Refund, Exchange, Return & Cancellation Policy

Due to the limited edition and custom nature of our products as well as sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns. 

Custom orders

Please email directly through our custom order page for requests. We will guide you on measurements to ensure our armor fits properly. Additional fees are added for larger size ranges due to the amount of additional time and materials needed to provide extended sizes.

Please make sure you understand the timeline for custom orders. for example: 1 square foot of scalemaille armor takes approximately 5 hours to complete ( roughly one XL DD bra cup plate). Please be considerate of the craftmanship and skill it tales to make these pieces properly.


Candle Safety


  • Hold candle at an angle when lighting; contact wick with flame for at least 8-10 seconds. This is super helpful if you are having issues with the wick catching fire.

  • Bic wand lighters or rechargeable arc USB lighters are more ideal than strike matches. 

  • Upon first lighting, allow wax melt pool to reach edge of glass before extinguishing to prevent wax tunneling. This may take at least 2-3 hours.

  • Before each new burn, trim excess burnt wood on wick to 1/8” height. This is very important! If not properly trimmed, the wick may not light, or flame may be too high. The shorter the height allows the wax to capillary up the wick to feed the flame properly.

  • If you think you've over-trimmed the wick, use a butter knife to gently scrape out a small bit of wax beneath the wick to expose unburnt wood, and relight. 

  • If you notice the flame height getting too low after burning for an extended amount of time, it may be necessary to snap off any excess ash or burnt wood along the top of the wick. The flame will then return to its proper optimal height.


  • Burn within sight on a level, heat resistant surface away from drafts, children, pets and flammable objects.

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.

  • Do not touch hot glass on a burning or cooling candle.

  • Keep wax pool free of debris and wood wick trimmings.

  • Always burn candles in a well ventilated room.

  • Never burn a candle for more than 4 hours at a time.

  • Never extinguish candles with water.

  • If smoking occurs, extinguish candle, trim wick and relight.

  • Handle glass jar with care. If the jar is broken, chipped or cracked, discontinue use.

  • Discontinue burning once 1/2" of wax remains. Burning beyond this point can present a fire hazard.

  • Due to the unpredictable nature of soy wax, it is normal to see some adhesion changes within the glass over time. This does not affect the ability of the wax to burn or mean the candle is defective.

Damaged Items

If you receive your order and an item is damaged, please do not throw out your box, packaging, packing slips, or the item.  Send us detailed photos of each item and its packaging and packing materials.  We need these to make a claim.  Do not discard any of these item as your carrier may require that they pick them up to pay the claim.  If you throw away these items and your claim is denied, we will not be able to replace or compensate you for your order.

If your package is lost or damaged and a file has been claimed, we are unable to refund you or replace your order until your claim is approved. You are urged to call your carrier and file your own claim to receive default insurance to replace your package. This will speed up the process. All packages are shipped USPS priority insured mail. If you are concerned about weather related issues, you may request to ick up your order. We are not responsible for packages left in extreme weather. 

Cancellations & Changes to Your Order

Due to the speed in which we ship, once you have placed your order, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.  We required that once you realize you need to make a change or cancellation you email us immediately at We cannot guarantee we will see your emails or messages in time as we check messages periodically throughout the day/  

 Once your items has shipped, no cancellations can be made.  We do not accept forced returns or refusals from the carrier.  Please make prior arrangements to make a return, exchange or cancellation


Shipping Policies

Our candle processing time is within 2-72 hours from the time you place your order on weekdays.  If you order on Friday - Sunday, your 2-72 hours will begin Monday.  If an item you have ordered is out of stock or pre order this time may be longer.   **Order pickups are offered via curbside pickup. Customers are required to wait for an email confirmation before arriving to business to pick up their order. We will do our best to make sure it is filled next day if placed before 12pm on a weekday.​

PLEASE NOTE: Once your package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for it for any reason (this includes, but is not limited to, theft after delivery). We are also not responsible for any damages to products incurred during transit. We ensure that all fragile items are packed securely. We advise you to contact the courier if you notice any damage to your items. Also, some wax is heat sensitive and may melt slightly during the shipping process, however this will not alter the quality of the wax.
